-ice in blender
-chocolate or vanilla protein powder
-water to cover ice
-two large dollops of peanut butter
-one banana
*blend everything on high (except banana) until almost completely blended;
*add banana towards the end to perfect smooth consistency, and DRINK UP!
*can add pinch of cinnamon to taste
(fortunately, makes enough to share)

equally yummy with vanilla protein powder I must say...but, then again, pretty much anything tastes good to me w/ peanut butter!
